Dmitry Prudnikov Dmitry Prudnikov, MD - Chief Executive Officer is a co-founder of PRUDENTAS. Dr. Prudnikov had been a practicing physician (anesthesiologist) and sub-investigator in the past. His overall clinical research experience exceeds 14 years, 12 of them spent in management positions in pharmaceutical companies (Janssen Pharmaceutica) and various CROs (InnoPharm and ClinStar). — Before founding PRUDENTAS, Dr. Prudnikov was top manager at US CRO overseeing a team of over 30 CRAs and 3 Project Managers simultaneously working on a number of studies. He supervised the most challenging projects and rescue studies. Dr. Prudnikov is the author of several publications devoted to clinical research, and he is currently one of the most distinguished and renowned professionals in clinical trials area in Russia. He is an exceptionally experienced, able, and intelligent individual, with great understanding of the Russian market, excellent knowledge of medical institutions around Russia, and personal connections with many opinion leaders, who could serve as investigators in clinical trials. FDA inspected a trial managed by Dmitry Prudnikov in Russia with positive results.
Ekaterina Nikolaevskaya Ekaterina Nikolaevskaya, MS - Chief Operating Officer is a co-founder of PRUDENTAS. Ekaterina holds MS in biochemistry. She has over 8 years of experience in clinical research, most of them as a Sr. Project Manager, Head of client-specific department at a US-based CRO overseeing all aspects of trials conducted for a top-10 global pharmaceutical company. Ms. Nikolaevskaya headed a team of 3 PMs and over 40 CRAs conducting simultaneously 17 trials — with nothing but praise from the sponsor. She was among the best project managers in Russia, known for her hands-on management all well-liked by her colleagues. Her experience and expertise makes her a highly valuable asset for any company considering conducting clinical trials in Russia.
